Q. Can I use the steamer anywhere in the world?
A. You can use the full benefits of the BOKEH steamer overseas with a suitable plug adapter (when required) in countries around the world using a AC220-240 volts, 50-60 Hz electrical supply. These include all European countries and islands, Africa, Australia, The Middle East, Russia and most countries in Asia including India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and China.
In countries including USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan and Brazil that use a AC100-120 volt supply, this BOKEH steamer version is not suitable for use without a "step-up" transformer rated above 1200 watts.
Always check the voltage supply of the country you are travelling to, before departure.
